1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Headsir website (headsir.in) and using our software products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Software License

For our paid desktop applications, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on a specified number of devices (usually one computer per license) according to the tier you have purchased.

3. Intellectual Property

The software, website, and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Headsir and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Headsir, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
